ネクサスは文中にある意味上の主語動詞ということらしいのですが、イマイチ1枚目の写真の意味がよくわかりません。(自分の中で一般化できない)例文をつけて解説していただけませんか？

to不定詞の意味上の主語が文全体の主語と一致しない場合、意味上の主語を「for + 名詞」で示します。

(1) It is difficult for me to learn English.

英文の SV は It is、ネクサス (隠れた SV) は for me to learn

(2) The idea is for us to meet on Monday.

英文の SV は The idea is、ネクサス (隠れた SV) は for us to meet

(3) I’m waiting for the shop to open.

英文の SV は I'm waiting、ネクサス (隠れた SV) は for the shop to open

動名詞の意味上の主語が文全体の主語と一致しない場合、意味上の主語を動名詞の直前に置きます。

(4) My brother doesn't like my playing computer games.

英文の SV は My brother doesn't like、ネクサス (隠れた SV) は my playing

(5) I'm sure of our team winning the game.

英文の SV は I'm、ネクサス (隠れた SV) は our team winning
